Mr. Lim has experience in the rare earth and critical minerals industry, particularly in responsible mining, sustainable extraction methods, supply chain development, ESG practices, and clean energy related mineral resources. He has participated in industry forums, investor engagements, media interviews, and regional discussions relating to critical minerals, sustainable mining, and rare earth supply chain development. His views and interviews have been featured across industry and financial media platforms including The Edge Malaysia, The Business Times Singapore, and The Edge Singapore. He has also been invited to participate in international industry and policy engagements, including the Financial Times Global Boardroom event and discussions hosted by the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Singapore.
