SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

This year, organizations can contribute to ACEF, depending on their interest and resources, and choose one of the three tiers of sponsorship—Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each tier offers a specific set of benefits and visibility, as listed below.

Silver-1

Silver Sponsorship
Value: $10,000 to cover a lunch reception for about 500 participants, and:

  • Free ACEF registration for up to two (2) people
  • Permanent recognition during the ACEF plenaries
  • Social media visibility (mentions/tags and a thank you post) in ACEF’s Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Logos will be included in the Sponsorship board at the ACEF venue and on the ACEF Website
Gold-1

Gold Sponsorship
Value: $20,000 to cover a lunch reception for about 1,000 participants, and:

  • Free ACEF registration for up to ten (10) people
  • Permanent recognition during the ACEF plenaries
  • Social media visibility (mentions/tags and a thank you post) in ACEF’s Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Sponsor logos will be included in the Sponsorship board at the ACEF venue and ACEF Website, and displayed in the Sponsors section of the ACEF Weekly Newsletter
  • Promotional stand at ACEF venue

Platinum Sponsorship
Value: $30,000 to cover one cocktail reception for about 600 participants, and:

  • Free ACEF registration for up to twenty (20) people
  • Permanent recognition during the ACEF plenaries
  • Social media visibility (mentions/tags and a thank you post) in ACEF’s Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Sponsor logos will be included in the Sponsorship board at the ACEF venue and ACEF Website, and displayed in the Sponsors section of the ACEF Weekly Newsletter
  • Promotional stand at ACEF venue
  • Opportunity to deliver a 5-minute welcome speech at one of the evening cocktail receptions
  • Display of digital banner and other collateral materials at the cocktail reception venue
