An international finance expert and senior management team member with extensive experience in strategy and planning, corporate and investment banking, project finance, and infrastructure investment. Skilled in balancing governance with P&L performance, business planning and execution, risk oversight, client relationship management, budgeting, and talent development. Over the course of his career, he has led conventional and Islamic financing deals exceeding US$20 billion in both debt and equity, spanning South Asia, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. His product expertise includes corporate banking, financial institutions, investment banking, project finance and advisory, ECA-backed financing, debt syndication, corporate and M&A advisory, privatization, private equity, equity capital markets, and public-private partnerships (PPP). He actively supports entrepreneurship as a mentor and judge for startups through Pakistan’s National Incubation Centre (Lahore, Quetta, Karachi) and serves as a coach for entrepreneurs under the Stanford Seed program by Stanford Graduate School of Business. With a strong cross-cultural background, he has lived and worked in Pakistan, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Qatar, and is globally mobile.
