Beyond Transition: Building Secure, Resilient, Inclusive, and Intelligent Energy Systems
8-11 June 2026 | ADB Headquarters, Manila
This high-level conference will bring together leaders from government, industry, finance, and the international offshore wind community to explore how the Philippines is accelerating the development of its offshore wind sector and how it fits into the regional perspective.
As a pre-event to the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) 2026, this timely gathering will highlight the offshore wind potential and the concrete steps being taken to unlock investment, accelerate project development, and build a competitive supply chain. Through keynote presentations, developer perspectives, and expert discussions, participants will gain practical insights and a clearer understanding of how a competitive and resilient Philippine offshore wind industry can be realized. The growing Norway–Philippines partnership in offshore wind will also be highlighted through a focus on technology and solutions from Norwegian companies that can support the Philippines with world-class offshore expertise.
The programme will also highlight Norway's expertise in floating solar and its relevance for the Philippines and beyond.
The event offers a valuable platform to engage with decision-makers, explore partnership opportunities, and exchange experiences relevant to one of Asia's most promising emerging offshore wind markets.
